We are a small, family-run healthcare recruitment company based out of McAllen, Texas. We work with foreign educated nurses who legally reside in the USA and want to obtain their RN License.

Whether you are currently working in healthcare or are out of the industry completely, we have different pathways that are tailored to your situation.

If you are a foreign educated nurse who is currently working in the Healthcare industry, Mendez Clooney will place you at a partner hospital, and then begin working with you to validate your foreign license, education, and prepare for the NCLEX Exam.All fees are covered by Mendez Clooney once the candidate signs a contract.

If you are a foreign educated nurse who is currently working outside of healthcare, Mendez Clooney will place you in a CNA course, place you at a partner hospital, and begin working to validate your foreign license, education, and prepare for the NCLEX Exam. All fees are covered by Mendez Clooney once the candidate signs a contract.
